We left Fort Bragg two days ago and got clobbered by King Poseidon for 33.5 hours. We endured 12-foot swells, cross swells that we called the washing machine, and seasickness. To add more misery to the pain, our autopilot was still failing. On the positive side, we rounded the dreaded Cape Mendocino, the most western point in the continental US. We arrived safely in Crescent City harbor yesterday afternoon. We are relaxing, catching up on our sleep, and trying to get our land-legs today, so we’ll post more later. Missing our family as they gather at Linda’s home on this Easter day!
